Bagong Buhay:
Regenerative Kamayan Feast
Kuya Lord, Farmfluence, Sari-Sari
Food by Kuya Lord

In honor of Undas, the Filipino tradition of remembering loved ones, the Filipino American LA community came together for a kamayan feast by Kuya Lord, 2024 James Beard winner for Best Chef in California.

Kamayan, the age-old practice of eating with our hands, invites us to slow down, savor, and reconnect

The meal featured rare Asian vegetables and lechon, intentionally sourced by Farmfluence from local regenerative farms like Sow A Heart. Special guest Farmer Osmar joined the table, sharing insights on the deep impact of regeneratively grown food.
